Perma Blend’s new Scalp Kit is specially blended for the scalp. The quality of these pigments were formulated to last longer and need minimal touch up. The kit consists of 6 colors ranging from light grey to black and even brown. This also contains an orange modifier if needed plus a free bottle of Thin Shading Solution.
